Abstract

El sindrome poliglandular autoinmune es una entidad poco frecuente con una prevalencia que va de 1:1.000 a 1:20.000 en la población general1. Por la rareza de este sindrome queremos comentar el caso de una paciente con este diagnóstico seguida en un centro de referencia.
